- FBO can retrieve user ID and password by submitting following information:
- Signup for a new login, and provide the new login
- Request Application on company letter head duly signed by Authorised Signatory
- Copy of License/Registration/Application
- ID proof of authorized signatory.
- Any other document proving ownership of FSSAI license/ registration. If the credentials are verified and request approved then the FSSAI license details will be shifted to the new user login provided.
